Home visits are sometimes available for patients that can’t make it to the practice. Please ask.

  • Gift Voucher (see below)

  • Fees are payable after each appointment.

Please note we can no longer accept AMEX cards due to the transaction fees.

Gift Vouchers

Please contact the practice and we can arrange for a gift voucher to be sent to you as a gift for a friend or family member.

Private Health Insurance

The practice is recognised by all major health insurance companies. Please check the terms and conditions of your individual policy and obtain the appropriate authorisation and referral to confirm that your treatment costs are covered.  All fees must be paid in full at the time of the appointment and claimed back from your provider, the practice will provide an invoice at time of payment.

Please Note: Check with your provider if they cover the completion of medical forms, as if required, there is an additional fee payable.

All patients are ultimately responsible for any unpaid fees.

BUPA AND AXA PPP

WE ARE NO LONGER COVERED BY BUPA OR AXA PPP, AS THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE OUR FEES IN FULL, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU TOP UP THE FEES, THEY RESTRICT THE NUMBER OF TIMES WE CAN SEE YOU AND THEY WILL INCREASE OUR ADMIN COSTS WITH THE FORM FILLING AND AUDITING.

APOLOGIES IF YOU ARE INSURED WITH THEM, BUT WE WOULD RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE FROM ONE OF THE ABOVE PROVIDERS IF YOU REQUIRE REGULAR COMPLEMENTARY THERAPY. IF YOU CHOOSE TO LEAVE BUPA OR AXA PPP FOR THIS REASON, PLEASE TELL THEM WHY!
